Tree³
Amber explores a moment of tension. With newspaper, stacks of cardboard, and the continuous pressure behind her left eye, she’ll tell you how. The pain will alleviate. It is natural. Equilibrium comes not mechanically, but out of and because of tension. A universal certainty.
Amber explores the tension between policy, people, and the biosphere with nine trees listed on the IUCN Red List and a colorful cube. Existence will continue and expand. But it does not accommodate the need to wipe the shop floor and turn the lights off for tomorrow. We bump into trees for that.
But, Amber is involved with mankind. So she makes paper mache trees. A reminder of the marriage.
You are welcome to think-at the trees, as she has.
